How to take NGX?
Your NGX is as convenient and versatile as food comes
We recommend taking one 35g serving scoop of NGX BodyFuel per meal and no more than two scoops in total per day. NGX can be served using the shaker provided or incorporated into other drinks, meals or smoothies.
To achieve your health & fitness goals and get the body you have always wanted simply take your NGX meal replacement shake in place of breakfast, and ideally one other meal a day, alongside regular rigorous exercise and/or resistance/weight training.
If you are resistance/weight training and want to more rapidly build muscle, we further recommend a 1x 35g serving of NGX PowerPack after your workout in addition to BodyFuel and meals.
NGX can also be taken any time of day just as a one-off meal replacement to give you the perfectly balanced complete nutrition you need in a meal as part of a more healthy lifestyle.

1x 35g BodyFuel before bed
Serving Suggestion:
Use your NGX shaker
Add your choice of liquid (e.g. milk / coconut water / water)
Add 1x 35g scoop of NGX BodyFuel and 1x 5g scoop of NGX Flavour
Shake vigorously for 20 seconds and consume after your breakfast or dinner meal
On workout days, consume 1x 35g of NGX PowerPack in your shaker after your workout

Normal Lunch (ideally avoid carbs)

When to take NGX?
We recommend drinking NGX when you usually would take an unhealthy/ sugary snack (e.g. Mid-morning or afternoon)
