How much is delivery?

UK Mainland 

The good news is, delivery is free for orders over £40. We aim to get your deliveries to you within 48 hours.  This is often next day if ordered before 12pm.

If your order is under £40, a small delivery fee will be charged in line with our postage charges:

Highlands and Offshore UK

For items being delivered to the Highlands and Offshore regions of the UK, our courier charges additional rates:

We are currently focussing on the UK presently, but please do get in contact with us on directly if you have a specific request.  We’ll do our best to get your delivery to you.

We are looking to launch into more countries in the next 6 – 12 months.

When will I receive my order?

Orders over £40

For UK Mainland, if you order before 12pm, the great news is you’ll receive your items the next day.

For Offshore UK (including Scottish Highlands), items ordered before 12pm will take 2 working days to be delivered.

Please note that due to the Coronavirus, both our courier partners (Royal Mail and Amazon Logistics) have been experiencing delays.  Please bear with us during this difficult time.  Further information on delays can be found directly on Royal Mail’s website here or Amazon Shipping here.

All other items

All other items are ordered before 12pm Monday - Friday are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail post, which means deliveries can take up to 2 working days.

Who will deliver my order?

For all nutrition orders, we use Amazon Logistics.

You will be emailed a tracking link which you can access directly on Amazon’s shipping link here.  Alternative, this will also be linked directly to your account and you can keep track of your shipping and orders here.

For orders under 150g in weight (such as our DNA Test Kit), these will be sent using Royal Mail 1st class.  The tracking link will also be emailed to you and accessible in your account page.

I need help.

If you suspect your parcel may have been lost or not delivered, first of all, we’re sorry you haven’t received your delivery. Don’t worry, contact us on contact@nutri-genetix.comwithin 7 days of the original delivery date and we’ll look into this for you. If we are made aware outside of this time, it’s unlikely that lost parcel costs can be covered by NGX.
