200g x Pitted medjool dates.

200g x Dried apricots.

100g x Blanched almonds.

1Tbsp x Dessicated Coconut.

Dollop of honey.

½ x Lemon zest.

Splash of lemon juice.

1 x scoop NGX nutrition.


This is the simplest recipe we have. Throw all the ingredients into your blender until it all begins to mix and stick together. Tip into a bowl and roll out individual balls into your palm. This recipe should make 10-15 balls. Play around with the recipe and add other dried fruit or different nuts depending on your preferences.
