NGX Energy Balls

Ingredients:


200g x Pitted Medjool dates.

200g x Dried apricots.

100g x Blanched almonds.

1Tbsp x Desiccated Coconut.

A dollop of honey.

½ x Lemon zest.

Splash of lemon juice.

1 x scoop NGX nutrition.


Recipe


This is the most simple recipe that we have. Throw all of the ingredients in a blender until it all begins to mix and stick together. Tip into a bowl and roll out individual balls into your palm. This recipe should make about 10-15 balls. Play around with the recipe and add other dried fruit or different nuts depending on your preferences.
