NGX subscriptions are completely flexible and you can subscribe to any of our products. You can also pause deliveries, update your delivery address, cancel your subscription, or perform lots of other actions with your subscription at any time.
- Choose “Subscription – 15% off”
- Choose the frequency you want to receive your delivery, for example 4 weeks
- Select the quantity you want to add to your subscription by choosing how many meals you would like (e.g. 56 meals for a meal a day for a month)
- Click on Subscribe
This will take you to the cart page, where you can review your order and proceed to the secure checkout.
To manage your subscriptions, you need to have an NGX account.
You will be asked to create an account when completing the checkout if you are creating a subscription. You will just need to insert your email and create a password.
Alternatively, please follow the below instructions to create your NGX account.
- Go to our account page. You can also access this page via the top navigation or hamburger menu on mobile
- Click on the black "create account" button
- Enter the required details (First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, Password)
- Tick the box on the reCAPTCHA page to confirm you’re not a robot
You will now be taken to your personal account area, where you can manage every aspect of your subscription.
You can change delivery dates, payment information, products you want to receive, and much more.
Now you’re in your NGX account area.
You have quick access to the main functionalities of the account at the centre of the screen.
- My Orders– your upcoming orders
- Manage Subscriptions – manage your existing subscriptions. This is the main hub where you can change all aspects of your subscription.
On the left-hand side of the screen on desktop or at the top of the screen on mobile, you will also see:
- Register DNA Kit - This is for first time users to register their barcode fro their DNA kit. Please ignore this if you have already done so.
- Profile - Edit your account details
- My orders - Manage your upcoming orders, deliveries and order history
- Delivery Address - manage, edit and create delivery addresses
- Manage Subscriptions - a list of all your active subscriptions
- Refer friend – refer your friends and you both get £15 off on your next order over £60

- Store Credit - Find out how much store credit you have
- Recently view products - have a look at any products you recently checked out
- Change password - edit or change your account password
- Log out – log out of your account
This menu enables you to change all aspects of your subscriptions.
This function enables you to:
- Add products - change or add the products in your subscription
- Change the next delivery date of your subscription - i.e. when your next order of NGX will be dispatched
- Change the delivery interval of your subscription - change how often you receive your NGX orders
- Change the delivery address - choose where you want to receive your NGX delivery
Put your subscription on hold, for example if you are going on holiday, or have enough NGX to last you a bit longer.
You will be able to resume your subscription at any point from the same menu when you want to receive your NGX again.
If you would like to stop receiving a certain product, you can cancel a subscription anytime. Just click Cancel select a cancellation reason, and confirm.
You can also shop NGX and create a new subscription without leaving your account.
This is ideal for when you want to receive another NGX product at different intervals, or at a different address from your regular delivery.
If you want to try a new NGX product you just heard about, or need a new shaker, or one of those cool new T-shirts, you can add it to your next upcoming delivery without subscribing to it.
