Oat & Quinoa Porridge with NGX

Oat Porridge with bananas and chia seeds

Looking for some new, healthy ways to add your genetically tailored nutrition into your diet? Try making this Oats and Quinoa porridge, and mix in your favourite seeds, fruit and NGX nutrition powder.

 

Serves 2

Prep Time:
2 minutes

Cook Time:
16-20 minutes

Ingredients:

1x35g scoop of your NGX BodyFuel.
50g x Quinoa.
60g x Jumbo rolled oats.
200g x mixed berries (whatever your preference i.e. banana, kiwi’s, oranges, etc).
Honey (optional).
Pinch of salt.

Recipe:
Add a pinch of salt to one litre of water and bring it to boil. Reduce to a simmer, add the quinoa and stir gently for 8-10 minutes.


Pour in the oats, and stir them in with the quinoa for a further 8-10 minutes or until cooked. Stir in one scoop of NGX nutrition.


Serve in a bowl topped with mixed fruits. If you have a sweet tooth, add a tea spoon of honey to the bowl.
