Ingredients for two smoothies:
- 2 x scoop BodyFuel (PowerPack can also be used)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 orange, skin removed
- 2 medium carrots, peeled
- 1/4 cup raw cashews
- 1 inch piece fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon Maca powder (optional)
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
