Gingerbread BodyFuel Smoothie Recipe

Make your BodyFuel festive with our Gingerbread protein smoothie recipe.


Ingredients

  • 1 35g scoop of BodyFuel
  • 1 cup of milk of your choice
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 5g scoop of Cacao & Coconut or Vanilla Flavour Boost
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 drizzle of maple syrup 
  • 1 handful of ice 

Instructions

 Mix all the ingredients in a blender, pour and drink immediately. Enjoy!
