Ingredients:
200g x Pitted dates.
2tbsp x Nut butter (peanut, cashew, almond, etc).
2tbsp x Conout oil.
75g x Almonds.
75g x Brazil nuts.
100g x Rolled oats.
50g x Puffed brown rice.
2tbsp x Mixed seeds (whatever your preference).
1 x scoop of NGX nutrition.
Recipe:
Put the dates in a blender with a splash of hot water and blend until you have a paste, if the mixture remains a little lumpy, add a tiny amount of extra water and continue blending.
Into your paste, add the nut butter, coconut oil, a scoop of NGX nutrition and blend. Once sufficiently combined, add in the oats, almonds, and brazil nuts - continue to blend, you want pieces of the nuts to remain, don’t blend them into a powder consistency.
Place the mixture into a bowl, and slowly stir in the seeds and puffed rice. Line a baking tin with greaseproof paper and pour the mixture in, flattening it out until you have a somewhat level surface.
Cover with cling film and leave to chill in the fridge for about an hour, and voila, non-bake granola bars.
