This green smoothie is a simple, healthy and nutrient-dense recipe that will be sure to fuel your mornings!
It is naturally sweetened with fruit (no added sugars) and loaded with greens and protein (thanks to the addition of BodyFuel!)
There’s no need to be scared of a spinach and kale smoothie when it tastes like this - we promise you won’t even be able to taste the greens with the added fruit and subtle kick of ginger.
- 1 scoop of BodyFuel (PowerPack can also be used)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger
- 1 cup fresh kale
- 1/2 pear
- 1/2 cup fresh/frozen spinach
- 1 cup almond milk
Place all the items in a blender, with a couple of cubes of ice if the fruit is not frozen. If the mix is too thick, add a splash of cold water.
Serve in a tall glass.
