With the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic now affecting people worldwide, we decided to answer some of the questions you might have regarding how this could affect your NGX delivery.
We are committed to providing you with transparent and clear information, and we are updating this page regularly with any new information that comes to light. We are also clear about our commitment to the safety of our customers, employees and partners. And with this view we have activated our response teams, and put in place several health and safety measures to safeguard our employees, delivery personnel and our facilities against COVID-19.
For our delivery personnel, we are organising regular awareness sessions across all our facilities on how our employees and partners can minimise their exposure by following simple precautionary measures and maintaining personal hygiene. We have taken many measures such as placing sanitisers at our facilities, regular deep cleaning and sanitisation, temperature screening for all employees and advising employees who have a cold or any flu-like symptoms to remain at home.
As an organisation, we are adapting to the new normal in order to continue delivering a world of awesome to our customers. We are collaborating virtually, manage in the face of uncertainty, and continue to meet our promises to our employees, customers and partners.

"Short answer - yes!
We are continually taking measures to make sure your order reaches you, whether you are a new or an existing customer. However, the current situation has had an impact on our delivery chain as we're experiencing high demand in orders which might have an impact on the delivery schedules. In addition, we have recently experienced some delays with Royal Mail, who return your samples to our lab.
Currently deliveries of DNA kits are taking around 7-10 working days to our lab. Once our lab received your sample, we are working on a 14-20 working day turn around for your report.

Although we have seen an increased demand for NGX in the past few weeks, we are already planning carefully to provide you your personalized dose of nutrition!
